Throughout 2019, Barnet Libraries are holding a Year of Learning with a variety of activities and events tied into a different theme every month. The Art Department are proud to be part of the programme working with Chipping Barnet Library in High Barnet. We have been exhibiting artwork under February’s theme of ‘Get Creative’. The exhibition contains portrait work in oil, acrylic and mixed media.
