Admission Appeals - Appeals Statement for Queen Elizabeth's Girls' School
If you have not been offered a place at Queen Elizabeth’s Girls’ School, the law entitles you to appeal against that decision to an Independent Appeal Panel. This panel is completely independent of the school and the Local Authority. The appeals are usually held in Barnet.
If you wish to appeal you can either:
Download and complete the Appeal Against Admission Decision Form.
Or, if you are unable to download a form, you can request in writing to The Admissions Secretary, Queen Elizabeth's Girls' School, High Street, Barnet, EN5 5RR or email email@example.com for a form to be sent to you. When your written request for an appeal is received, the Admissions Secretary will send you an appeal form.
This form should be fully completed and you should include any evidence or supporting material with your appeal form and you MUST give the grounds for your appeal at the time you lodge your appeal form. Your appeal form will not be accepted unless you state the grounds for your appeal. You may appeal for more than one school.
The completed form should be returned to the Admissions Secretary, Queen Elizabeth's Girls' School, High Street, Barnet, EN5 5RR.
