We were delighted to reinstate the traditional commemoration day procession along Barnet High Street to St John's Church where we held a special service for Year 7 and representatives from other year groups.  

In the afternoon, we held our annual Prize Giving service and our guest speaker this year was the Director of Vivaldi's Women, Penelope Martin-Smith.  Penelope is a former student of Queen Elizabeth's Girls' School and she gave a very interesting speech about how she pursued her love of music by becoming a Coloratura soprano. She emphasised the importance of always aiming high and trying hard.
