Joining Our Sixth Form

We are now accepting applications to join our Sixth Form in September 2022.

Please use the Sixth Form section of our website and the information below to make your application by Friday 7 January 2022.

Applying to the Sixth Form

Current QEGS Students
Current Year 11 students are not required to submit an application to the school sixth form as they are all eligible for a place, conditional on meeting the entry criteria. Current Year 11 students will need to complete the course choices form by Friday 7 January 2022. 


Prospective Students
All students not currently studying at QEGS need to complete the Sixth Form Application Form. The deadline for applications to be received is Friday 7 January 2022. Once your application has been processed, we will notify you to let you know if you have been offered a place. This offer will be conditional on your meeting the entry criteria in your final GCSE exams. You will be invited to a Prospective Students Morning where you will have the chance to meet current Sixth Form students and receive further information on life in the Sixth Form.

Entry Criteria

General Entry Criteria  
At least three GCSEs at Grade 6 or above in relevant subjects and GCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade 4 or above. 

PLUS Subject Specific Entry Criteria
There are A level Subject specific entry requirements can be found which are included in this booklet and specified on the Courses page of our website.
