Finance Officer

                                                         36 Hours per week Mon-Fri. Term time plus 1 week

Salary Scale 6-9 £27,438 - £28,698 per annum pro-rata

(Actual salary £23,996 - £25,098)

We require a Finance Officer to join our finance team as soon as possible. The finance team currently consists of the Finance and Administration Manager and a Senior Finance Officer.  We are looking to appoint a reliable, hard-working, self-motivating and flexible person with excellent financial skills to join the team.    Good teamwork is essential, as well as the ability to work alone on your own initiative.  You will be committed to providing an efficient and accurate service and be able to communicate in a friendly and effective manner. Ideally, you have experience of working in a school and with PS financials.  An accounting qualification is desirable.

QEGS is a high achieving, oversubscribed 11-18 comprehensive converter academy. The school is The North London hub for the National SCITT for training Maths and Physics teachers. As a training hub, we offer excellent CPD opportunities for our own staff, in-house, through external partnership and national programmes.
